Angela recommended we try “Beton”-- the Czech herbal liquor Becherovka mixed with tonic.

“Be-ton” = Becherovka, tonic. Cleverly, beton is also the Czech word for “cement.”

Which is what bartender Lukas' head is made of, for not even trying to engage either of our ladies in any conversation.
