Matt's
heart leaped to Tennessee when he fell in love with Dana,
so
now the rest of him follows suit.

Flying over North Carolina, |
Snow in the mountains of Tennessee... |
...at 3:00 pm on January 11 |
Shooting through the plane window... |
...over eastern Tennessee |

descending in the plane... |

approaching Tri-Cities Airport |
preparing to land in TN |
Of course Dana's official. She has a badge, you know. |

Matt's hotel: the Marriott Conference Center Meadow View Resort, Kingsport, TN |
Jonesborough is Tennessee's oldest city... |
...and here's Dana in front of its Presbyterian church |
As a good deacon, |
the Christopher Taylor house... |
...and all about it |

Washington County's |
The Parson's Table restaurant |

Now it's out of business altogether. |
Check out the lingering snow. |

Dana loves her Newcastle. |
It's Em! |

Dana, Emily |
at the State Line Bar & Grill, in Bristol |
Dana digs the karaoke at the State Line. |
“I don't want anybody else. When I think about you...” |
Dana grooves. |
A famous sign on State Street, |
The city of Bristol is actually in Tennessee AND Virginia. |
This side of State Street is Tennessee; the other side is Virginia. The state line is in the middle of this road. Cool! |
Dana and Emily are still enjoying the music at the State Line bar. |
“I'm pouting because Matt won't dance with me.” (Though Matt soon does dance with her, to a karaoke'd “Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me.”) |
